Cardio Dance Fitness is a fun and effective cardio workout with sculpting exercises designed to tone the entire body from top to bottom. Depending on how you exert yourself, you could burn between 500 to 800 calories PER CLASS! Latin music and a combination of fast and slow Latin moves are used. This high/low impact class has something to offer all fitness levels.
Cardio Dance Fitness is a feel-happy workout that combines a motivating fusion of Latin and international music with unique moves and dynamic combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "Fun and Easy to Do" allowing Dance Fitness participants to stick to the program and achieve long-term health benefits in both body and mind. A mixture of body-sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps.
Intense Dance Toning workout is a combination of Easy to Follow Dance Moves along with moves to sculpt your CORE, ARMS, as well as TARGET your BUM! It's the perfect way for all you fitness fanatics to SCULPT and TONE you BODY while GROOVING to the MUSIC using LIGHT WEIGHTS combined with TABATA WORKOUT!
Intense Dance Toning workout - combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio workout into great music moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party. Using light weight dumbbells, you'll work every muscle group while you groove. Along with light-weight upper body resistance, you'll work against gravity or the floor to define your leg and ab muscles. Please note that this program is designed to tone rather than build muscle for a “re-defining” total body cardio workout! Bring your own 1-2 kg hand weights or toning sticks if you have them. Make sure you will bring matt, drinking water, weights and towel!
Dance Fitness for Beginners & Older Adults was designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, and/or people who are not used to exercising, or people who may be limited physically. This program is done at a much lower intensity. The same great Latin styles of music and dance are used and just as fun as the regular Cardio Dance classes. Dance Fitness for Beginners & Older Adults classes strives to improve our balance, strength, flexibility and most importantly, the heart.
